Accepted
Methods of Payment. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We also accept personal
checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).
Shipping Time.
Merchandise will be shipped direct from the
manufacturer within 5-7 business days of receipt of order.
Custom orders add an additional shipment time. The custom made items
are identified in the product descriptions as well as additional time
to ship.
Shipping Methods.
Merchandise will be shipped free in continental
United States using Ground Service or Truck.
Shipment to Alaska and Hawaii is an additional charge, contact us for
additional amount. We do not ship outside the United
States. All merchandise is shipped
insured.

Guidelines To Ensure A Quick Return
Damaged Shipments.
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the
freight carrier. Please inspect your order upon
arrival. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to
note this on the freight bill before the
carrier leaves. If you notice concealed damage after the
driver has left, keep all the packing information and call the freight
carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are
not responsible for damage caused by the
freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects.
In the unlikely event that your order is missing parts,
damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days and we will send
you the replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to
you. Email our Customer Service department for
instructions http://www.smashingstainedglass.com/contact_us/
(with "RETURN" in the subject
field),. Do not return
products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If
an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturers defect, you must
first receive a Return Authorization Number.
No packages will be accepted without a Return
Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Wrong
Product. If you received a different product than
ordered, the item must be returned with a Return
Authorization Number (see above for
instructions). The product must be returned
with:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· Original packaging.
· Original invoice or receipt.
If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of
receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and
resalable condition inside its original packaging.
Return Merchandise Policy.
All products properly returned under this policy are
eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. We will credit
you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product,
less a 30% restocking fee. Since
our products are offered with free shipping, please note if you return
a product our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your
return refund. Buyer must pay return shipping costs.
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return
department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive
refunds. You must email the refund request to
http://www.smashingstainedglass.com/contact_us/ with "RETURN" in the subject
field, at which time the return authorization number
(RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No
packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written
clearly on the package.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep
your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of
returned merchandise. All returns with a value over $100.00 must be
insured.. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does
not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a
result of our error. You are responsible for all freight
charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our
part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or
losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other
errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item
you purchase from us minus the shipping costs.
